- Fee and billing: There is a fee of €100 for the consultation appointment, which you can pay conveniently on site. This amount will be credited to you when you have your treatment - either on the same day or for a later surgical procedure.
- Cancellation free of charge: You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellation fee for no-shows: If you do not turn up for your appointment without cancelling, a cancellation fee of €150 will be charged.
- Cancellations at short notice due to illness: Cancellations at short notice due to illness - of you or your children - are of course possible. In this case, please submit appropriate proof of cancellation.
