If we use autologous fat for long-term labia augmentation, patients should not take any medication or smoke for three weeks before the procedure. For the procedure itself, we remove a small amount of fat from the abdomen or knee in advance, which we prepare using a special procedure so that it can be used to sculpt the enlarged labia. To achieve the perfect result, we take great care to ensure that the labia minora and labia majora form a single unit and that the labia majora cover the labia minora.

In contrast to labia augmentation with autologous fat, we also offer augmentation with the help of hyaluronic acid. The result using hyaluronic acid lasts up to 18 months.
